WHAT ARE YOUR BASIC PRICES?
Prices vary by season but you can click our BOOK VILLA button to see availability and prices for each villa. You can then book online.
HOW MANY PEOPLE DO THE VILLAS SLEEP?
Villa Jolaine sleeps 4 people – Both bedrooms have king size beds. One of the bedrooms, beds can be split into two singles. Please let management know when you are arranging your booking.
Villa Joli sleeps 2 people – One bedroom with a king size bed.
HOW DOES THE HOUSEKEEPING WORK?
Staff attend daily to clean and service the villa.
WHO ARRANGES TRANSPORT FROM AIRPORT?
A driver can be arranged for a reasonable fee. If you are staying 7 nights or longer this is included in your rate.
CHECK IN AND OUT TIMES.
Check in is from 2pm
Check out is 11.00am
If you require a late check out this can be arranged at an additional charge. The rate is 50% of 1 night until 6pm and full charge after that.
DOES THE VILLA HAVE AIR-CONDITIONING?
Yes, in bedrooms. There are also fans in the bedrooms and living areas.
HOW DO WE CONTACT MANAGEMENT THROUGH OUT OUR STAY?
Because we want your stay to be a memorable experience a phone is supplied to you on your arrival. At any time during your stay you can contact our Management for assistance.
IS THERE A CHEF AVAILABLE?
If you would like the amazing experience of having a chef cook for you, this can be arranged for a reasonable fee through Management.
IS THERE FREE INTERNET CONNECTION?
We provide free wi-fi internet access.
WHAT FACILITIES DO THE VILLAS HAVE?
Private pool, kitchen with modern appliances, coffee machine, water dispenser, hair dryers, safety box, cable tv, Harman Kardon Onxy bluetooth speaker, games, free fast wi-fi internet, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, smart tv in both bedrooms where you can relax and watch a movie, daily house keeping. Our management team are available 24 hrs a day.
DOES THE VILLA HAVE INSURANCE?
Villa Jolaine and Villa Joli both have insurance. We strongly recommend you take out appropriate travel insurance to cover all your needs. We will not be held responsible for any loss, expense, claim, damage, theft or injury whilst staying at either villa.
HOW FAR IS THE BEACH?
Approximately a 12 minute walk.
HOW FAR IS THE AIRPORT?
The airport is 25 minutes from the villa.
HOW FAR IS THE CLOSEST SUPERMARKET?
Approximately a 3 minute walk.
THE VILLA IS CLOSE TO RESTAURANTS AND BARS?
Both villas are in the same complex and in an ideal location where you can walk everywhere! It is approximately 3 minutes walk to Eat Street where you you can find amazing bars including the Red Carpet Champagne Bar, Revolver Espresso & Nirvana just to mention a few. You also have an amazing selection of restaurants to suit everyone needs.
IS THERE A CHEMIST/DOCTOR?
A 3 minute walk to Eat Street where you will find chemists. If a doctor is required please use the phone in the villa to contact Management.
